Travel Physical Therapist – Long Term Care/SNF - $2,070 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract starting July 10, 2026, in Dallas, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Treatment of patients with a variety of medical conditions under the supervision of a physician
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in SNF or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Pay

• Based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
