About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 12, 2026, in Bossier, Louisiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in long-term care facilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in Louisiana
- At least one year of experience in long-term care settings preferred
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) preferred

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, benefits, and housing expenses.
