About the role
A travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist position is available in Martin, Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
- Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift
- Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Tennessee
- Experience in long-term care settings preferred
- Pass a background check
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current physical therapy license in good standing
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent certification
Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer systems and documentation software

Pay
