Travel Physical Therapist – Long Term Care/SNF - $1,940 per week

About the role

The client in Lee, Massachusetts is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract position at a Long Term Care facility. The position is available immediately and requires 40 hours per week, working 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with medical staff
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of long-term care facilities and patient care protocols
