Travel Physical Therapist – Long Term Care/SNF - $1,940 per week

About the role

The client in Wilmington, Massachusetts is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract position at a Long Term Care facility. The position is 40 hours per week and requires 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
