About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Bloomfield, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
- Assist patients with physical therapy exercises and activities of daily living
- Document patient progress and treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- At least 1 year of recent relevant experience
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- Current CPR certification
