About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in St. Helens, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
- Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice in the state of Oregon
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings preferred
- Passionate about providing high-quality patient care
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Oregon
- At least 2 years of clinical experience
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of long-term care and/or skilled nursing facility protocols
