About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Gaffney, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
- Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift
- Assist patients with physical therapy exercises and treatments
- Document patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of South Carolina
- At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
