Travel Physical Therapist, Long Term Care - $2,289 per week

About the role

The Anders Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 27, 2026, in Purcell, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in Oklahoma
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in long-term care settings
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Knowledge of long-term care facility operations and regulations
• Ability to adapt to different patient populations and environments

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
