Travel Physical Therapist, Long Term Care - $2,289 per week

About the role

The position is for a Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist in Purcell, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Oklahoma.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or similar certification preferred.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills in physical therapy.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
