Pay

$2,450 to $2,644 weekly (includes taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements).

Schedule

• 13-week assignment
• 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (08:00 – 17:00)
• Start date: 08/24/2026

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services
• Document using Oasis and Homecare Homebase charting systems

• Travel experience required
