About the role
The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for assessing and providing rehabilitation services to patients requiring therapy.
Responsibilities
- Develops individualized care plans
- Administers skilled physical therapy interventions based on physician orders
- Evaluates patient needs and adjusts treatments accordingly
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to set and achieve patient goals
- Documents patient progress
- Educates patients and families on therapy methods
- Conducts patient assessments
- Creates and modifies treatment plans
- Delivers physical therapy services
- Evaluates outcomes to promote optimal recovery
Qualifications & Skills
- Must hold a Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Must pass the NPTE
- Must have graduated from an accredited institution
- Minimum of one year's experience
- Current state licensure
- CPR certification
- Additional requirements may be determined by the client facility

Schedule
The position involves 40 hours per week, with shifts of 10 hours during daytime hours.
