Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations

- Ensure accurate clinical documentation
- Respond effectively to changing patient needs
- Provide inpatient rehabilitation therapy
- Develop comprehensive care plans
- Document treatments

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid PT license
- State licensure verification
- At least 1 year inpatient rehabilitation experience
- Crisis Prevention (TEAM) training within 6 months
- BLS certification
- Adaptability
- Strong assessment and documentation skills

Schedule
