About the role

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting in Crown Point, Indiana. You will provide evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions for a diverse adult patient population, including those recovering from strokes, brain injuries, and other neurological disorders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals.
• Administer therapy modalities and interventions effectively.
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to provide cohesive patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Indiana.
• 1-2 years of experience in a relevant setting is preferred.

Schedule

• 13-week contract position starting 08/31/2026.
• 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts.
• Weekend hours required every other weekend.
