About the role

Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a SNF setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
  • Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Implement interventions in various settings
  • Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation

Requirements

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy
  • PA Physical Therapist PT license
  • Current BLS/CPR Certification

  • Pay: $2,241.41 - $2,310.73 per week
  • Location: Lancaster, PA
  • Assignment Length: 13 weeks
  • Shift: Day - up to 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts)
