Advantis Medical is seeking an experienced Physical Therapy clinician for a 13-week travel assignment in Crown Point, Indiana.

About the role

This travel position operates on 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift, at Lifepoint Rehab - Community Stroke and Rehabilitation Hospital. The contract duration is 13 weeks with a flexible shift schedule.

Requirements

• 1 year of Physical Therapy staff experience
• Associate degree or required certifications
• Current state license
• Valid State Issued Driver’s License or State ID

Pay
