Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a position in Kealakekua, Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Rehabilitation Therapist in Hawaii.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug screening.
• Be available for immediate start on September 8, 2026.

Pay

The pay package is based on an 8-hour shift and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
