Travel Physical Therapist - Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation - $2,358 per week

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team at Greenwood, Indiana. This state-of-the-art facility focuses on the treatment and recovery of individuals who have faced severe injuries or illnesses. Our rehabilitation programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient during their recovery journey, specifically addressing conditions such as stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions to enhance patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery processes and expectations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Indiana.
• 2+ years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

The schedule is Monday to Friday with occasional weekends; Day Shift - 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM.
