Travel Physical Therapist Inpatient - $3,520 per week

About the role

Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) position in a home health setting, providing inpatient physical therapy services within the organization's home health division. The role supports patient recovery and rehabilitation, ensuring quality care delivery in a home setting. Assignments are within an 80‑mile radius, involving work in skilled nursing facilities and home health settings, with no on‑call or callback duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient physical therapy services to patients in home health and skilled nursing facilities.
• Support patient recovery and rehabilitation needs.
• Ensure quality care delivery in home settings.
• Complete charting using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
• Occasionally provide coverage at other facilities as required.

Requirements

• BLS Certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current state license (to be submitted).

Schedule

• Day shift, 8 hours per day.
• Minimum 40 hours per week (clinical guarantee of 36 hours for 12‑hour shifts or 40 hours for 8‑10‑hour shifts).
• Work week runs Sunday through Saturday.
