Required Qualifications
PT State License
BLS Certification
At least 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience; inpatient-only experience considered
Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties
Must have 1 year of outpatient PT experience
Experience with electronic medical records: TruBridge - Evident
Additional Information
May be asked to participate in holiday rotations
Shift Notes: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., closed from 12-1 p.m. for lunch
