Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and modifying treatment plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth discharge planning, and managing individual or group therapy sessions. Performs timely and accurate documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory guidelines. Participates in student training and professional development activities. Maintains licensure in good standing and adheres to all relevant professional standards and organizational policies. Actively engages in organizational performance improvement initiatives and promotes patient and employee safety.
