About the role
The LeaderStat is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Gloucester, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- 40 hours per week.
- 8-hour shift.
- Current State Licensure.
- Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc).
Qualifications
1 year of experience working as a full-time Physical Therapist.
Skills
Experience within the last 2 years.
