Responsibilities

• Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions in a home health setting
• Provide therapy services to patients in their homes
• Mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient
• Coverage area: South West Suburbs
• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts)
• No on‑call or weekend requirements

Requirements

• Active state physical therapy license (required to start)
• Illinois Physical Therapist license
• BLS Certification (may be required from AHA or ARC)
• Home health experience
• Professional certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA‑accredited school
• Bachelor's Degree required

Pay

Weekly, on‑time pay; pay package based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
