Responsibilities

- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

- Coordinate care with healthcare teams and community resources for comprehensive support.
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
- Washington State Physical Therapist (PT) license.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Clean driving record.
Pay
$2,656.84 – $2,739.01 per week (based on 8‑hour shifts and 40‑hour weeks; tax‑free stipend amount to be determined).
Schedule
- Shift: Day, 5 × 8‑hour days (up to 40 hours per week).
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
