Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in South Carolina.
• Experience in home health setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Current CPR certification.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management and organization skills.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR).

Benefits

Wellspring Nurse Source offers a competitive pay package based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), including a tax-free stipend to be determined. The position is 13 weeks long and 40 hours per week, with a shift of 8 hours, days.

Pay
