Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Twin Falls, Idaho.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Idaho
• At least one year of clinical experience in physical therapy
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems

• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and techniques

Benefits

Wellspring Nurse Source offers a competitive pay package including a tax-free stipend to be determined. The position is 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, and is 13 weeks long.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation).

Schedule

Shifts are 8 hours, days.
