American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes, including skilled nursing visits and assessments (PT)
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized care plans (PT)
- Collaborate with patients' families and interdisciplinary providers to improve outcomes (PT)
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a PT
- Valid Physical Therapist license
- Willingness to obtain South Carolina licensure
