Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Home health experience
- Experience with EMAR system HCHB
Assignment Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Weekend and on-call requirement: None
- Coverage areas: Marion and Hamilton
- Mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient
- Responsibilities include resumption of care, start of care, discharges, and oversight of PTA
- Productivity expectation: 30 points
