Travel Physical Therapist Home Health - $2,900 per week

Required Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Professional license in Massachusetts
• 1 year of home care experience (certified home care experience specifically required)
• 1 year of case management experience

Additional Information

• Weekend rotations are once every 6 weeks
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned is required
• Experience in hospice, private care, or working as a case manager on its own does not meet the qualifications for certified home health care management experience; only roles specifically within a certified home health agency are considered relevant for the 1-year requirement
