About the role
Travel Home Health Physical Therapist position available in Asheville, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in home health setting preferred.
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN or proof of eligibility to sit for the exam.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) preferred.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
