Travel Physical Therapist - Home Health - $2,427 per week

About the role

Home health position serving a geriatric patient population in College Station, Texas. The assignment runs for 13 weeks starting November 16, 2026, with two openings available.

• Average caseload of 5–7 patients per day
• Covers a territory up to a 60‑mile radius from the hub office; traveler must be flexible with assigned territory
• iPad provided for charting (HCHB system); personal cell phone not required
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate

Schedule

• Day shift, 5×8‑hour shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• 40 hours per week
• 13‑week assignment
• Start date: November 16, 2026
• No on‑call requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to home health patients
• Manage a caseload of 5–7 geriatric patients per day
• Complete OASIS assessments and documentation using HCHB charting system
• Travel within assigned territory (up to 60‑mile radius)

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent physical therapist experience
• Current BLS certification
• Active PT license (as applicable)
• OASIS experience
• HCHB charting system proficiency
• Comfortable wearing scrub attire (any color; no jeans)
