Prime HealthCare Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13‑week contract in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The assignment starts on 19 October 2026, is full‑time (40 hours per week), and is classified as a travel position.

Responsibilities

• Manage treatment plans to promote positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses in a Home Health setting.
• Provide therapy services on 8‑hour (or 8‑10 hour) shifts, 4‑5 days per week.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred).
• Active state Physical Therapist license.
• One year of recent Home Health experience (preferred).
• Supervisory professional references.
• Successful completion of drug screen and background check.

Pay
