About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Perform physical therapy treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assess patients' needs and develop treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia
- At least one year of recent clinical experience in Home Health or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
