Travel Physical Therapist - Home Care - $1,770 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 10, 2026, in Saint Peter, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
• Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
• Assist patients with physical therapy exercises and activities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Minnesota
• At least one year of experience in home health or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Current CPR certification

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses.

Schedule

Shifts are typically 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
