About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 12, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNFs
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary teams
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in North Dakota
- Experience in SNF settings preferred
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
