Travel Physical Therapist - Home Care - $1,624 per week

About the role

Uniti Med is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in St Peter, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Minnesota
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
