Travel assignment starting August 3, 2026 for 13 weeks, with 36 hours guaranteed per week.
Days shift in a long-term care (nursing home) setting.
Weekly pay ranges from $1,961 to $2,098.
This is a temporary travel assignment managed by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric residents
- Provide PT interventions including therapeutic exercise, gait training, ROM work, balance training, and activity of daily living training
- Document patient progress, reassess goals, and adjust plans of care as needed; ensure timely and accurate charting
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize mobility, safety, and discharge planning; communicate patient status clearly in care conferences
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, facility policies, and professional guidelines; uphold patient safety and infection control practices
Requirements
- Active Montana physical therapy license or eligibility for licensure in Montana
- Experience in geriatric or long-term care settings preferred
- Proficiency in PT evaluation, treatment planning, and progress documentation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within an interdisciplinary team
- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment and the Days shift; capable of meeting guaranteed hours
