Responsibilities

Plan and administer medically prescribed Physical Therapy treatments for patients with injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint and bone disease, to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.

Provide orthopedic, neurological, inpatient (IP) and outpatient (OP) services, with mostly outpatient focus and occasional inpatient coverage.

Document patient progress and response to treatment; maintain accurate electronic medical records.

Collaborate with the patient care team to adjust treatment plans based on progress and physician orders.

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs; ensure patient safety and infection control during sessions.

Maintain proficiency with electronic medical records; Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Montana PT license in hand preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with electronic medical records; proficiency with EMR systems required.
• Experience in orthopedic, neurological, inpatient and outpatient settings; primarily outpatient services with occasional inpatient coverage.
• Ability to work in a hospital setting and maintain a 40-hour weekly schedule; days shift.
• Willingness to relocate to Dillon, MT; reliable transportation required due to limited public transit.
• Ideal candidates may have Epic EMR experience; MT license in hand is strongly preferred.
