Travel Physical Therapist

Role and Responsibilities: Provide patient evaluations, develop and modify care plans for diverse patient populations in an acute care setting. Supervise PTAs and support staff, ensure compliance with state and facility regulations, and collaborate with medical personnel to deliver coordinated care. Utilize medical systems for documentation and billing, and understand adaptive equipment needs. Maintain timely, accurate documentation following guidelines. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 6 months of experience (new grads encouraged), valid state licensure, BLS certification, and ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks comfortably. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology is essential. Additional certifications may be required.
