About the role

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 15-week assignment starting immediately in Winchester, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
• Perform physical therapy treatments under supervision
• Help patients with exercises and activities of daily living
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements

• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
• Experience in a SNF setting preferred
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduation from an accredited PTA program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
