A physical therapy assistant position is available for a travel opportunity in Keyser, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing hands-on patient care
• Help patients perform exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility
• Record patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy Assistance or related field
• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
• Current CPR certification

• Proficient in using medical terminology and equipment
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Good organizational and time management skills

Pay

Schedule

The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
