Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARCC
- CPR certification
- Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance
- Familiarity with general computer use and functions, including internet, email, desktop navigation, and online HR and training systems
Assignment Details
Home visits and periodic office meetings are required.
