Travel Physical Therapist Assistant – Long Term Care - $1,500 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 11, 2026, in Ada, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
• Work 35 hours per week on a 12-hour shift
• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
• Perform tasks such as positioning patients, administering treatments, and assisting with mobility

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Oklahoma
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of long-term care and/or skilled nursing facility protocols

Pay

• Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
