Travel Physical Therapist Assistant – Long Term Care - $1,531 per week

Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting June 29, 2026, in Ada, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities of daily living.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatments.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of recent experience in Long Term Care Physical Therapy.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Oklahoma.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Knowledge of long-term care facilities and patient care protocols.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for electronic health records.
