About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 11, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist patients with exercises, treatments, and activities of daily living.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Oklahoma.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a SNF setting.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficient in using medical equipment and technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Skills
- Skilled in providing patient-centered care.
- Experience with manual therapy techniques.
- Knowledge of therapeutic modalities.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
