About the role

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Renton, Washington. The position is 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, days shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in patient care activities
• Perform routine patient care activities under supervision
• Provide support in the treatment of patients with physical disabilities

Requirements

• BLS certification
• Two years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
