Travel Physical Therapist Assistant, Long-Term Care - $1,479 per week

About the role

Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Moore, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in long-term care facilities
• Assist patients with exercises and activities of daily living
• Document patient progress and treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of recent experience in Long Term Care Physical Therapy
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Oklahoma
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Current CPR certification

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of long-term care facility operations and regulations
