Assignment DetailsSchedule options include 5x8 or 4x10.Monday–Thursday, 9–10 hour days.No weekends required.Primary location is Louisville, with floating required to another location 16 miles north.Expected patient volume is approximately 8–9 patients per day.Evaluation to follow-up ratio is approximately 1:8.
