About the role
The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide necessary therapy interventions and assist in the development of treatment plans within a collaborative healthcare team. The role includes maintaining a culture of safety, compliance with policies, and effectively communicating with patients and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Aid in evaluating and implementing treatment plans for patients.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy as needed.
- Document patient care and treatment interventions in the EMR system.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in patient education and rehabilitation activities.
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
- No specific previous experience is required, though familiarity in a Med-Surg and Outpatient setting is preferred.

Pay & Schedule
The Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
