Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,531 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week assignment in Peru, Illinois. The position is 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
• Perform routine tasks such as setting up equipment, preparing treatment areas, and assisting patients with mobility
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
